Mental health and wellbeing at UBC Science
Studying sciences is rewarding, but can also be challenging. At UBC Science, we want to support you with resources and tools to help you manage the pressures of coursework, research, and life so you can focus on both your academic success and personal wellbeing.
From stress management to finding a healthy work-life balance, the resources on this page are designed to help you thrive at every stage of your journey. Your wellbeing is just as important as your studies. It’s okay to ask for help and take time for yourself.
