Science is always looking for students to step up to the challenge and get involved. 

Whether you're looking to gain professional skills, work with motivated peers, or just have fun, look below and plan ahead for upcoming opportunities.

Imagine Orientation Leaders

Support the transition of around 2,500 first year and transfer students at Imagine UBC and beyond. From facilitating social connections to providing direct peer guidance, help orient incoming Science students to student life.

Application period: Apr 2 - May 5, 2024.

Additional information about the roles and responsibilities will be available in April.

Imagine Senior Orientation Leader

Help build campus community and welcome new students by coordinating a team of Orientation Leaders. This senior student leader role takes charge to support UBC Science to facilitate Imagine UBC and other community-building events for incoming Science students. 

Application period: Feb 12 – Mar 3, 2024.
