Honours candidates who register for courses in both terms for the Winter Session are required to complete at least 30 academic credits. For the 2020 Winter Session (only), some students pursuing an Honours specialization may find it helpful to undertake 27 credits of coursework rather than the usual required Honours course load while adjusting to online learning. All other Honours requirements remain unchanged per the information in the Academic Calendar.
This academic concession will be applied to any UBC Science Honours students who take 27 or more academic credits in the 2020 Winter Session. You do not need to take further steps to receive this academic concession.
