3rd or 4th floor of the Nest, because it has good access to washrooms and water fountains. Also, you can have some nice background noise for studying!
I try to engage in a form of physical exercise, such as walking, jogging, or going to the gym.
The '5 minute' technique- it works best when you feel overwhelmed. You start a 5 minute timer and study with no distractions, but you end up working for longer because you enter 'focus mode'!
One thing I would do differently is to study more with friends. It makes studying much more fun and you learn gaps in your knowledge through discussion.
