Where is your favourite place to study and why?

My favourite study place is my room because I love studying with my standing desk!

What is one activity you do to maintain personal wellness?

I love going to spin classes!

What is your best study strategy/technique?

One of my favorite study strategies is creating an error note, where I compile the mistakes I make while solving problems and write down how to correct and avoid them in the future. I also enjoy using flashcards by turning my lecture notes into questions, which helps me actively recall what I learned.

If you could travel back in time to your first year at UBC, what is one thing you would do differently?

If I could go back to my first year, I’d remind myself not to stress about understanding difficult concepts immediately after lecture. I’ve learned that giving the material some time to settle and then revisiting it later can often make even the most confusing concepts make sense!
