Sincere, Friendly, Adaptable

Where is your favourite place to study and why?

I like to study in Woodward Library. It's quiet with lots of places to tuck into and study!

What is one activity you do to maintain personal wellness?

I like to go on walks around campus between classes to clear my mind and take in the Vancouver nature.

What is your best study strategy/technique?

It sounds cheesy, but tailoring your studying to the class. Sometimes it's best to teach the content to someone, sometimes practice problems are the way to go.

If you could travel back in time to your first year at UBC, what is one thing you would do differently?

As a transfer student to UBC, I would be more gracious with myself! I was so nervous about meeting people and adjusting to different teaching/grading styles, I didn't really let myself breathe and enjoy the moment.
