Imagine UBC is the university’s biggest back-to-school event, welcoming many new students into the Faculty. It's full of exciting opportunities to meet others and learn about UBC Science. New students will get to know the campus, find out more about the Faculty of Science, meet a professor, connect with a group of students from our faculty, and more.

Key Position Details

Senior Orientation Leaders play an important role in Imagine UBC by supporting Orientation Leaders and contribute to their training, team building, and development.

  • Facilitate delivery of Imagine UBC for first year and transfer students
  • Support academic skills programming for first year students in the fall
  • Role model outstanding student leadership on campus
  • Maintain regular contact with Orientation Leaders and the Science Imagine UBC Orientations team
