Fourth-year Microbiology and Immunology major Emma Preston has been named to the distinguished Rhodes scholarship for her outstanding academic achievements and her remarkable commitment to global citizenship.
The scholarship of nearly $150,000 will allow her to pursue a masters degree in global health science at Oxford University, starting October 2008.
