Confirmation of Graduation, Status Letters

Request Confirmation of Graduation, Confirmation of Student Status or Other Letters

For graduation confirmation letters, include your expected graduation month and year on the form. You'll be emailed when the letter is finished. You can also use the form to ask Science Advising for letters regarding extensions to international study permits, confirmation of credentials, confirmation of good academic conduct, and validation of external scholarships.

Processing time is a minimum of 7 business days

At certain times of year (e.g., start or end of term), please expect the minimum processing time to increase due to the volume of requests received. It is normal to take more than 10 business days to complete a request at the start or end of term. Please note that if you are graduating in May, once all of your grades are submitted and your graduation is approved in the Student Service Centre, you can print a letter directly from the SSC.
