I love studying in the Chapman Learning Commons in IKB because of how spacious the room feels. It's the perfect place to meet up with friends to study or to catch up on notes between class!

What Is One Activity You Do To Maintain Personal Wellness?

I maintain personal wellness by staying active. My favourite ways to do this include swimming, running and working out. When stressed with school, making time to stay active can feel like a refreshing break!

What Is Your Best Study Strategy/Technique?

My best study strategy is to take detailed lecture notes and rewrite them after. Rewriting them helps me return to any difficult concepts and recall what I learned. Having nice notes also motivates me to look over them more.

If You Could Travel Back In Time To Your First Year At UBC, What Is One Thing You Would Do Differently?

If I could go back, I would meet more people in my classes and join more clubs.
