My favourite place to study is the Ridington Room in IKB. It's a quiet study spot which helps me focus. The room has huge windows, which helps me feel less stressed.

What Is One Activity You Do To Maintain Personal Wellness?

I love to go on walks at sunset around campus while listening to music!

What Is Your Best Study Strategy/Technique?

My best study strategy is to break down my goal into smaller goal. For example, if I aim to study for a quiz, I would list all the small units and start with small things. I would also have a timer to remind myself to take a break every 30 minutes.

If You Could Travel Back In Time To Your First Year At UBC, What Is One Thing You Would Do Differently?

Try to enjoy the process of learning instead of the number on the transcript!
