Love competition? Want to practice your analytical, problem solving, and presentation skills? SCI Team is presenting the annual Science Case Competition where you can flex your Science muscles and synthesize your knowledge to create a comprehensive solution to a real world challenge.
About the Competition
Here's your opportunity to apply your research skills to find solutions to a pertinent global issue. Address the topic from all possible areas of science and consider the ethical, social, and economic implications of your proposed solution.
Tackle the case in teams of 3 - 5 (all year and skill levels welcome) and present a solution to a panel of judges who will critique and score each presentation. The team with the highest score wins!
So What's the Case?
To ensure that all participants have the same amount of preparation time, teams will receive the case topic, detailed instructions, and marking rubric one week before the presentation date. Only those teams that have registered and confirmed their attendance will receive the case details.
