UBC Science Research Mixer

May 15, 2024

4:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Robert H. Lee Alumni Centre

Free

Join us for this inaugural mixer – whether your organization is a current or potential research collaborator from industry or a non-profit, or you're a curious UBC Science researcher looking to explore partnerships.

Find out first-hand about collaborations between UBC Science and industry, NGOs or non-profit partners, and connect with potential collaborators across different sectors—including biotechnology, life sciences, clean energy, environment, biodiversity, conservation services, materials science, artificial intelligence, math, data science and much more.

The Mixer will kick off with short keynotes, followed by posters, and lots of time for networking—with refreshments and appetizers. A number of UBC Science’s current research partners have already confirmed they’ll be there, and are looking forward to meeting others interested in collaborations and partnerships. It’ll be fun and informative!

This event is open to UBC Faculty of Science researchers & postdoctoral fellows, and current or potential industry and not-for-profit partners. Our program is evolving quickly, so check back frequently.
