This position focuses on improving the experiences for Departments in navigating UBC's HR processes and HR systems such as Workday. The intent is to reduce the administrative burden on our faculty and staff using these systems, and to bolster the amount of support and guidance we are able to provide our Departments in conducting their HR activities in areas of best practices, improved processes, problem resolution and ongoing training.
